Evening Yoga & Meditation For Better Sleep: Simple Seated Restorative Yoga with Relaxing Music

Insomnia was one of my worst symptoms of late-stage Lyme disease until I started these practices. If you struggle to fall asleep or stay asleep give this evening yoga and meditation a try!

In this week's video, I'm sharing my evening yoga & meditation practice for better sleep. Grab a few blankets, and pillows for this simple seated restorative yoga class with relaxing music.

No experience is necessary for these very simple seated and laying down postures using a few blankets, a bolster, or pillows as props.

If you enjoy this practice make sure to check out more videos below, and my new self-paced online course, Breathing For Health! - Doors open on Black Friday!
