Breathing Exercises for Anxiety Relief: Guided Pranayama breathwork to release anxiety and stress

Before I got sick with late-stage Lyme disease I used to just go for a run anytime I was feeling stressed or anxious. Once I developed chronic illness running became unavailable to me, so I had to find new ways to release anxious and nervous feelings.

In this video, I share my go-to breathing exercises for anxiety relief. Pranayama breathwork allows me to release anxiety and stress easily and naturally.

I hope you enjoy this guided Pranayama breathing practice! Breathing for Health online course will be available soon! Let me know in the comments if you enjoyed this video, and please hit thumbs up and subscribe on YouTube to help more people find my channel.
