Vlog: Breathwork for Lyme Disease: Why I stopped the Wim Hof Method and Started Pranayama

See this content in the original post

I believe breathwork practices were the missing link in my healing journey.

In this video, I share why I stopped the Wim Hof Method (WHM) and started Pranayama. As well as some of my experiences with the #WHM and how breathwork has helped me with late-stage Lyme disease.

I believe the WHM was too intense and caused stress on my already overworked system.

Pranayama breathing practices have been incredibly beneficial for my emotional and physical health, and I haven't experienced any flares as I did with the WHM.

When I first discovered I had Lyme disease, one of the worst parts was trying to understand this complex illness through conflicting information. So, in hopes of making it easier for others, I have created free resources to help others understand and manage Lyme disease treatments and symptoms.
