2020 Year in Review: Guided Breathwork and Journaling for Self-Reflection

How many of us ignored the early signs of Lyme and just tried pushing through the challenges until it took us down? I believe a self-reflection practice could have opened my eyes to those signs, and saved me years of struggles.

So, this week I share a guided practice to check-in and feel out what's working, and what's gotta go!

While the breathing exercises in this video are safe and gentle, be aware that the breathing retentions prompted in the practice are not recommended while pregnant. Please continue with your passive breathing during retentions. Always listen to your own body!
